I am a woman, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, manager, business owner, mentor, motivational speaker, workshop facilitator, author, veteran, business professional, philanthropist and student of life. I am Fran Allen and I am blessed and highly favored. I am the author of four self published books, How To Get An "A" In Life, Been Through… Going Through… The Journey, Words To Live By, and From Creativity To Creating Income: Turn What You Know Into Dough. After many years of trying to do things my way, I finally surrendered and became obedient to what God was directing me to do. As a result, I am able to take the life lessons I have learned and use them to help others to overcome some of the life challenges they face. I hold a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Management Leadership from Johns Hopkins University. I served nearly 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and I have more than 20 years experience working with the federal government. In my spare time I mentor young people and work to make my community better. I am an ordinary woman who has an extraordinary calling to do whatever I can to raise the quality of life for others, just because I can. We don't need a reason to do the right thing.
